Customer service specialist is responsible for taking orders from customers, both domestic and international, via the phone, fax, or web, entering the orders into our system and communicating the orders to the shipping department. You will also be responsible for some accounts payable and some accounts receivable functions.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong computer skills who can automate many of the functions which are done manually today.
As you are able to automate tasks done today, you will be given additional projects and responsibilities that will allow you to grow professionally.
Opportunity to help maintaining our corporate website, creating and maintaining a set of frequently asked questions, etc.
